Mr. Preston has been engaged in the practice area of tort defense litigation for over twenty-five years. As principal of the firm, Mr. Preston conducts and oversees all phases of litigation in all five boroughs of New York City, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Mr. Preston earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from George Washington University in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate in Law from New York Law School in 1992.
