  • Mr. Preston has represented commercial and individual real estate clients in site acquisition, pre-project zoning analysis, subsequent permitting, site plan approvals, zoning proceedings and related litigation pursuant to CPLR Article 78 where necessary.
  • Zoning experience also includes conducting zoning hearings and securing approvals for public utility communication facilities for major wireless carriers and various real estate development projects throughout the Towns and Incorporated Villages on Long Island.
